This month, IPSY paired up two of our favorite trends—crimson and lace—to make October a little more mysterious. This cute trendy bag is finished off with a small black bat zipper.
Let’s get into the good stuff. First item I received in my IPSY bag this month is CONTEXT SKIN Vitamin C All Day Eye Cream. I love eye creams of any type. I feel like I can never moisturize enough especially in the eye area.
- Hydrating? Check. Brightening? Yup. Refreshing? Yaaas. We looked like we slept a full 8 (instead of ordering 2AM pizza) thanks to this super-concentrated eye cream.
- It’s so insanely lightweight. We dabbed it on and our skin soaked it right up (so it’s perfect to wear under makeup).
- It’s cruelty-free (yay for your furry friends), and it’s loaded with ingredients your skin will love like echinacea, licorice, and grape seed.
The second item IPSY selected for me this month is tarte deluxe lights, camera, lashes™ 4-in-1 mascara. I have this already in a full size and I love it! Adds volume and length for a dramatic look.
- Lengthening. Curling. Volumizing. Conditioning. This mascara seriously made our lashes look longer, fatter, and lifted in a few quick strokes.
- The awesome “MagniLASH” wand was designed to coat, separate, and define everyyy last lash. You’ll be shocked at how much of a difference this little brush makes.

Next up is Hey Honey Trick AND Treat: ACTIVE PROPOLIS CREAM CONCEALER which is perfect for Halloween!
- Under eye circles? To the left. This lightweight concealer is insanely hydrating (which helps to soothe and soften them) and has buildable, believable coverage.
- It’s made with active propolis. Active what? That’s an ingredient honey bees collect from flowers while they’re buzzing around. It helps restore your skin’s structure and protects against damage. Aww thanks, bees!

Dry hands?! Not this month. IPSY hooked me up with a TONYMOLY Peach Hand Cream.
- The blend of apricot and peach extracts and shea butter made our hands SO soft and smooth.
- It’s got something called Adenosine in it, which helps to reduce the look of wrinkles (which is perf if you spent a leetle too much time in the sun this summer like we did. Oops.)
Last but definitely not least! I have been dying to try IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Pores Pressed Powder!
- It’s so light and airy, you can’t feel it on and it gives you a soft, airbrushed look in seconds.
